Appointments can be set up any week day during business hours: Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please call 716-691-1414 to schedule your appointment and with any questions you may have.
When making an appointment you should be prepared to provide the following information:
- The date of the first day of your normal period.
- A brief medical history.
- Your insurance Id number
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Our office is located in Amherst, approximately 5 minutes from the North Campus of the University of Buffalo, at 2550 Sweet Home Road, between Dodge Road and North French Road.
Take interstate 290 to Exit 4 (Rt. 990) toward Lockport to Exit 2 (Sweet Home Road). Turn right at the stop sign onto Sweet Home Road. Pass three traffic signals and you will see 2550 Sweet Home Medical Center on the left side of the road in a red brick building with plenty of free parking.
